Your role as a matchmaker

As an experienced recruiter, you take control of your assignments.
You focus on recruiting employee profiles in sectors and regions of your choice .
You work completely independently and manage your own portfolio with clients you like to work for and for whom you choose.

From intake to placement and follow-up: you are the quality ambassador for your candidates and your clients.
You work in your own way, at your own pace, with your own emphasis - entirely in line with the SAKURA HR philosophy.
Fully remote : from home or from a workplace that you find comfortable.

What you can expect

At SAKURA HR, we work with independent (freelance) recruiters. Therefore, we don't offer a fixed salary or per diem, but a clear and fair earnings model:

  • 50% of the fee on every placement you successfully complete

  • Complete freedom in where, when, how and with whom you work

  • You choose your own customers and assignments - quality comes first

  • Access to our free SAKURA HR expertise center (Academy) with inspirational moments, physical workshops, online training and practical knowledge sharing

  • A network of like-minded recruiters who choose quality and respect

Everything we organize (knowledge sessions, peer reviews, inspiration days) is free and designed to inspire you. Nothing is mandatory, everything is allowed.
We also provide you with the right tools to organize your work efficiently and qualitatively:

  • Access to our Talent Database of the group with 3 HR Boutiques

  • Job slots on LinkedIn under the name of SAKURA HR

  • Job postings on our website and on the SAKURA platform

  • Templates and supporting materials that you can use as you wish

Everything is available, nothing is mandatory. You choose what helps you succeed. We're there by your side as a partner.

Working part-time with SAKURA HR?
Yes, that's possible too! You're self-employed, so you choose how much you work, where you work, and when you work.
Of course, this is also possible part-time. There are just two logical requirements, and I'd be happy to tell you more about them!

Who we are looking for

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in recruiting employee profiles

  • You are independent (or ready to become so) and want to maintain your own style and approach

  • You believe in quality placements, strong follow-up and sustainable relationships

  • You want to be part of SAKURA HR, a recruitment boutique with HR professionals who work together on the basis of trust and equality.

  • You live in Belgium and work from home, with digital clout

Quality over quantity

At SAKURA HR, we deliberately avoid KPIs related to the number of interviews, intakes, or presentations. You are independent and free to manage your time as you see fit to be successful. Your time is valuable, so choose the actions that lead to success. We don't believe in volume, but in high-quality processes with conscious choices .

Are you working on one, two, or just three vacancies a month, for clients you genuinely want to collaborate with? Then we'll definitely be supporting you from the sidelines. Because that's what success is, for us.

You screen candidates thoroughly – online or in person – and only introduce someone if you feel they're the perfect fit . One candidate who gets to interview and immediately feels right is worth more to us than ten "active presentations" without results.

We're a boutique. And that means no quotas, no pushy behavior, no rush.
