At SAKURA HR, we believe in clear agreements and mutual trust. That's why we offer fixed rates based on the type of collaboration you enter into with us. We specialize in permanent employee positions , from junior to senior profiles, across all sectors in Belgium and the Netherlands.

You choose how you want to start: through an initial collaboration on a 'no cure, no pay' basis, or immediately through an exclusive partnership.

1. No cure, no pay

For a first or occasional collaboration

Rate: 25% of the gross annual salary (including fringe benefits and bonuses)
Payment: upon approval of the candidate's salary proposal
Condition: exclusivity on the vacancy for 3 weeks

With this formula, you let us prove our worth. You entrust us with your vacancy, and we invest our time and energy in a high-quality search. No start-up costs, no retainer risk for you – just an intense collaboration, tailored to your organization.

2. Exclusive partnership

For a structural collaboration on permanent employee vacancies

Rate: 23% of the gross annual salary (including fringe benefits and bonuses)
Payment: upon approval of the candidate's salary proposal
Condition: exclusive trust to SAKURA HR for employee vacancies that you outsource externally

Conditions:

All rates are exclusive of 21% VAT.
Invoices are payable within 15 days.

Why a percentage rate?

Because we recruit across all sectors and for a wide range of profiles, from administrative assistants to senior team leaders, working with a fixed percentage is more transparent and fairer for both parties.
